He is also the Professor & Director of MCA Programme at Marian College, Kuttikkanam and the former Director of School of Applicable Mathematics, M.G. University.He acted as Chairman and Member of many Academic Bodies constituted by the University and currently serving as the Member, Governing Body of Marian College & Marian International Institute of Management (MIIM), Kuttikkanam. In addition to his capacity as Director, MCA Programme, he is also the Chairman, Board of Studies of MCA Course at Marian College which is granted Autonomy status by the Government. He has a Ph.D. in Operations Research and has to his credit a number of National and International publications. He holds the International Certification of Directorship awarded by Institute of Directors and is eligible for becoming the Director of any company globally. He has served as resource person for many National & International Seminars & Conferences in Mathematics, Management, and Computer Applications.
Prof. P. VIJAYACHANDRAN, B SC (Engg), FIE FIT Arb, MIoD, PGDBA, working as a Principal Consultant IPSR. He has Five & half decades of professional experience in Engineering, Management, Teaching, Planning And Consultancy works in different domains. He is the Former CEO of XSTREAM Software (India), a Canadian software development company, the Travancore Cements Ltd, Kerala Tourism Development Corporation, & ODEPC. He is also a domain expert on Tourism with Consulting Engineering Services & director of Industrial Training & State Apprenticeship Advisor with Government of Kerala.
The Soft Skill Training and Placement is headed by Mr. BRIJESH GEORGE JOHN, PGDMM, M.Sc., MBA, (Ph.D). He is the Dy. General Manager of IPSR Solutions Ltd. He is also serving as Associate Professor & Head – Corporate Relations, Marian College, Kuttikkanam and Chairman of Placement Officer’s Consortium in Kerala – CTIPS. He is a noted Soft Skills Trainer and Columnist. He has 15 years’ experience in HR, Teaching, and Training & Development in India and abroad. He has been the resource person for different Organisations including Mahatma Gandhi University, Malayala Manorama, ICT Academy of Kerala, Mathrubhumi etc. He has given training in more than 75 colleges in South India. He has also traveled extensively all over India and to Europe, South America, Middle East and South East Asian Countries. In 2010, he was selected as the Team member of Rotary international Group Study exchange Programme to Brazil, Turkey. He is the recipient of Placement Officers Award by Wipro technologies in 2014.
The placements in MNCs is coordinated by Mr. SREENIVAS PRASAD who is a highly accomplished professional with 16+ years of hands-on experience in planning, designing & implementation of LAN/WAN/Network Security Projects. He has extensive experience in Management/Service Support of complex multi-protocol & multi-platform Networks in Enterprise / BPO / Telecom / Banking / Non-Banking Financial Service verticals. He is also having 12 Certifications in various technologies like Information Security, Switching, Routing, Infrastructure Management, etc. He is having professional experience with Accenture, IBM, Wipro, HCL, iGate and GMR. He took responsibility as Solution Architect, Project Manager, Technical Consultant and IT Manager. He also worked as Chief Technical Officer for ESCI (Engineering Staff College of India) and as Principal Coordinator for FELIP and Consultant for SSC NASSCOM.
The IT Finishing School Programme is headed by Mr. DILEEP G MBA, PGDCA is an IT professional with over 15 years of Industrial experience. He holds the Microsoft Certification MCPD. He has strong experience in architecting, designing and developing Microsoft .NET web applications. He has successfully delivered projects using the global delivery model based on Agile and CMMI processes. He has experience in the different web tools like ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, ADO.NET, ASP and in other open source software like NodeJS, ExpressJS, Alpaca Forms, MongoDB and MediaWiki. He has worked with the databases like MS SQL Server, MongoDB and MS Access. He also has experience in the configuration management tools like GIT and Microsoft Visual SourceSafe. He has also developed an Online Help system by using the tool MediaWiki. He also has sound experience in the project management using the open source web application “Redmine”.

Ms. DEEPA SREEKUMAR, M.Sc Computer Science, is the Team Lead – Software Training Services and ITFS Software In-charge of IPSR. She is having more than 10 years of experience in software training. She has conducted online training for international candidates. She had worked with IT Companies such as NIIT and Aptech and specialized in Java, Java EE technologies and has excellent experience in PHP, MySql, SQL Server, and MS Access.
Mr. SUDEEP E I, Team Leader, has more than 6 years experience Software development. He is a B.Tech in Electronics And Communication from the Cooperative institute of Technology, Vatakara Calicut. He is an expert in technology areas using PHP[LAMP], Framework – CodeIgnitor, Cms-WordPress, Asp.Net, Ajax, MOODLE, MS SQLServer 2005/2008, My SQL. He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist ASP.Net,.NET 4,3.5. He is been associated with IPSR since 2010.
Mr. SZEN JOHN, Corporate Trainer cum System Administrator, has a total of 7 + years of experience in Software and Networking field. He has worked as a Team Manager in The Co-operative Food, Byfleet, United Kingdom, as Software Engineer in Entab Infotech Pvt. Ltd Delhi and as Facility Management Service Engineer in CMS Computers Ltd, Bangalore. Presently, he is working as Corporate Trainer Cum System Administrator in Linux Division with IPSR Solutions Ltd, Cochin. He is a Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCE) and Red Hat Certified System Administrator in Open Stack (CL210). He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and also a CMS Certified Systems Engineer. He has also undergone research studies in the field of Biometric Based Continuous Authentication of HCI, LTE v/s WIMAX, Digital Television Broadcasting.
