Even with a large number of Job openings for a Networking Engineer, I was finding myself terrible at crossing any round of interview .Then the career Team of IPSR suggested Internship program called ITFS, where individual attention was given to my holistic personality development through improvement of both my soft skills and hard skills. Now I’m Well placed at Syslint Technologies and office was not a new experience for me as internship provided real time experience of working for a company.
