MY INTERVIEW PROCESS

My name is Suman Jose. I am currently working as a DotNet Developer at Notetech Software-Kaloor. I had applied for this position at Notetech Software through the placement team of IPSR. The process only took two days and I was interviewed by Notetech Software in 2nd December 2016.

The hiring process was done in four rounds:

Round 1- (Programming Aptitude)

This round was completely based on Dot.net MVC and Database, easy enough.

Some questions are directly from our IPSR aptitude portal. This training process is very helpful in gaining the required knowledge and skills to pass Programming Aptitude Tests. If you spend some time on http://aptitudetraining.in/home/index.php, you can get the best level online aptitude tuition and coaching.

Round 2- (Technical Round) -45 minutes

This round started with an introduction. The interviewer was very cool. After a little while he started asking questions as follows:

1) Explain access modifier.

2) Explain .net framework and architecture.

3) State management in .Net

He also asked some questions from the database. Write some join query. Well I was a bit nervous after this round. I had to wait more than one hour before my 3rd round began.

Round 3- (Technical Round) – 1 hour

In this round the interviewer asked some basic concepts of database and moved onto my projects. He asked me to describe one of my projects. Then he asked me about the practical usage of my project and a few other questions.

He also gave me some suggestions for modifications. Well after this round I was told to go home for that day. I was again called the next day for the 4th and final round.

Round 4- (CEO Round) -4 hour

The CEO asked me to write the table design of my last project. After this he asked me to introduce myself. Then he gave me 2 tables and asked to write some codes and query using those tables. He gave me a scenario and asked some questions based on it. He also asked the details of my previous organization and collected a reference phone number.

In the end I was shortlisted for the post of .Net Developer. They had shown me the entire office during the process of the interviews as each round took place in a different floor in the office building. Overall, it was a nice experience and the interview process was carried out smoothly by the Notetech team.

After my reference call I got my offer letter on 14th December 2016. And I joined Notetech Softwares on 26th December 2016.

Thank you IPSR team for your support.
